1Heat a wok over high heat; add cooking oil and swirl to coat. Add garlic (chopped), freshly grated ginger , and green onions (chopped) and stir fry until fragrance is released, about ⏱️ 30 seconds .cooking oil: 2 tbsp, garlic: 2 cloves, freshly grated ginger: 2 tsp, green onions: 4

2Push all ingredients into one side of wok and make room for eggs. Add eggs (beaten with 2 tsp sriracha, pinch of salt and pepper) and scramble, but not mixed with other ingredients yet. When eggs are fluffy and nicely cooked, toss to mix with all other ingredients in wok.eggs: 2
