Lebanese Tahini Sauce

    Place tahini paste in a small bowl . Add lemon juice , garlic cloves (pressed or grated), and salt . Use a fork or whisk to combine until they form a thick paste.

    Slowly add water to the mixture and whisk until completely combined with a smooth, pourable texture.
