1Mix soy sauce , chili paste , oyster sauce , brown sugar , and red pepper flakes (optional) in a bowl .soy sauce: 1/3 c, chili paste: 2 tbsp, oyster sauce: 2 tbsp, brown sugar: 1 tbsp, red pepper flakes: 1/2 tsp
Fried Rice

1One day in advance, make the prepared rice (cold, day old at least).prepared rice: 7 c

2Using a wok or large stock pan, warm peanut oil over medium high heat. Add frozen peas , frozen edamame , frozen corn , and shredded carrots , and stir. Let cook for ⏱️ 5-7 minutes , or until vegetables are softened and heated through.peanut oil: 2 tbsp, frozen peas: 1.5 c, frozen edamame: 1.5 c, frozen corn: 1.5 c, shredded carrots: 2 c

3Add the sauce and the cold rice, and stir well. Reduce heat to medium, and continue to cook until heated through.

4Meanwhile, in a separate small skillet , soft scramble eggs .eggs: 4 large

5When the rice and veggies are nice and warm, add the eggs and stir. Remove from heat.
