Spaghetti Sauce

1Heat olive oil in a 5+ qt pot over medium heat, then add onion (finely chopped).olive oil: 2 tbsp, onion: 1/2

2Saute for about ⏱️ 10 minutes , stirring often and not letting it burn.

3Add garlic (minced).garlic: 4 cloves

5Reduce heat to low and simmer for ⏱️ 2-3 hours , stirring often.
