1Mix flour , yeast , flavoring , and salt . Add water and mix until a dough forms.flour: 2.5 c, yeast: 1/2 tbsp, flavoring: 1 tsp, salt: 1 tsp, water: 1 c

2Let rise about ⏱️ 2 hours .

3Add about olive oil to a Detroit-style pan . Stretch dough in pan and rest ⏱️ 20 minutes . Stretch again and proof ⏱️ 30-45 minutes .olive oil: 2 tbsp

4Add cubed cheese and spread with mozzarella. Bake at 500 F for ⏱️ 12-15 minutes .
