  • salt

  • sugar
    1/2 tsp
  • water
    3/4 c

    1/8 tsp

Detroit-Style Pizza Dough

    Mix flour , yeast , flavoring , and salt . Add water and mix until a dough forms.
    flour: 2.5 c, yeast: 1/2 tbsp, flavoring: 1 tsp, salt: 1 tsp, water: 1 c

    Let rise about ⏱️ 2 hours .

    Add about olive oil to a Detroit-style pan . Stretch dough in pan and rest ⏱️ 20 minutes . Stretch again and proof ⏱️ 30-45 minutes .

    Add cubed cheese and spread with mozzarella. Bake at 500 F for ⏱️ 12-15 minutes .
