Paneer Tikka Masala

  • crushed tomatoes

Marinade

    Combine yogurt , lemon juice , garlic , cumin , salt , cayenne pepper , black pepper , garam masala , grated ginger , coriander , cumin , paprika , and garam masala in a bowl .
    yogurt: 1 c, lemon juice: 2 tbsp, garlic: 2 cloves, cumin: 1 tsp, salt: 1 tsp, cayenne pepper: 1 tsp, black pepper: 1 tsp, garam masala: 1 tsp, grated ginger: 1/4 tsp, coriander: 1/2 tsp, cumin: 2 tsp, paprika: 1 tsp, garam masala: 1 tsp

    Add paneer and marinate for about ⏱️ 45 minutes .

Sauce

    Melt butter in a skillet and cook garlic until soft.

    Add jalapeno (finely diced), crushed tomatoes , cream , and chopped cilantro . Simmer to combine.
