  • milk

  • salt

  • water
    1/2 c

    Whisk together flour , eggs , milk , water , and salt until smooth.
    flour: 1 c, eggs: 2, milk: 1/2 c, water: 1/2 c, salt: 1/4 tsp

    Melt butter and stir into batter.
    butter: 2 tbsp

    Heat a lightly greased skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter and cook until edges brown. Flip and cook briefly on the other side.
