Dough

1Dissolve yeast in warm milk . Add eggs , melted butter , salt , and sugar . Mix in flour until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.yeast: 2.5 tsp, warm milk: 1 c, eggs: 2, melted butter: 1/3 c, salt: 1 tsp, sugar: 1/2 c, flour: 4.5 c

2Let dough rise until doubled.
Filling

1Mix brown sugar , cinnamon , and softened butter .brown sugar: 1 c, cinnamon: 2.5 tbsp, softened butter: 1/3 c

2Roll out dough, spread filling evenly, and roll up tightly. Cut into rolls.

3Place in a greased baking pan and let rise again until puffy. Bake until golden.
