Korean Ground Beef

  • lean ground beef
    1 lb
  • pepper

  • sesame oil
    2 tsp
  • sesame seeds
  • soy sauce

    In a large skillet cook lean ground beef and garlic cloves (minced) breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the grease.

    In a small bowl whisk brown sugar , soy sauce , sesame oil , ground ginger , crushed red pepper flakes , and pepper . Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another minute or two.
